Senior SRE Engineer (SRE) - Cloud Platform (AWS) & OpenShift/Kubernetes – 5 to 8 Yrs of experience – Noida Location

What You Will Be Doing

Design, deploy, and maintain highly available applications on Kubernetes, OpenShift, and AWS platformsBuild and enhance observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, Alert manager, and SplunkAutomate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, Python, and BashDevelop and support CI/CD and GitOps pipelines using Jenkins, Git, GitHub, and Argo CDManage container platform operations, upgrades, scalability, and platform reliability initiativesMonitor and optimize messaging ecosystems including Kafka, Kafka Connect, NATS, and consumer performance metricsImplement service mesh technologies such as Istio and OpenShift Service Mesh for secure traffic managementLead incident response activities, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actionsStrengthen cloud security through vulnerability management, RBAC implementation, secrets management, and compliance controlsUtilize AI-assisted operational analysis, anomaly detection, and alert correlation to improve system reliability and operational efficiency

What You Bring

5 to 8 years of Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), Helm, and Kubernetes OperatorsStrong experience building CI/CD and GitOps workflows using Jenkins, Git, GitHub, and Argo CDProficiency in infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Bash scriptingExperience managing cloud-native workloads and services within AWS environments. Strong knowledge of Kafka, Kafka Connect, NATS, messaging systems, and event-driven architecturesHands-on experience with observability platforms including Prometheus, Grafana, Alert manager, and SplunkDemonstrated expertise in troubleshooting distributed systems across clusters, networking, storage, applications, and deployment pipelinesUnderstanding of cloud security principles, container security, vulnerability management, RBAC, and secrets management

Preferred Qualifications

Experience implementing and managing Istio or OpenShift Service Mesh in production environmentsKnowledge of AI/ML fundamentals, anomaly detection techniques, and AI-assisted operational workflowsExperience supporting large-scale enterprise cloud platforms with high availability requirementsAWS, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Terraform, or related cloud and automation certificationsUnderstanding of SRE principles including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and reliability engineering best practices
