Exploring the Role:

The candidate will be responsible for managing tax compliance, planning, advisory, and audits

related to Direct and Indirect Taxes in India and international jurisdictions including the USA,

UK, and Germany. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, tax consultants, and

auditors to ensure timely compliance and correct tax positions across entities.

How Your Day Will Look Like/Job Responsibilities:

Indian Taxation (Direct & Indirect)Ensure timely compliance with Income Tax, TDS/TCS, GST, and other statutory filings. Prepare and review GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax computation for Indian

entity.

Manage GST reconciliation, availing ITC, vendor compliance tracking, and handling

GST assessments/notices.

Assist in tax audits, transfer pricing documentation, and advance tax calculations. Liaise with statutory auditors and tax consultants for tax planning, optimization, and

handling litigation matters.

Global Taxation (USA, UK, Germany)Coordinate with international consultants for timely filing of Corporate tax returns,

VAT/GST filings, sales tax, and other local compliances across jurisdictions.

Support cross-border taxation, including withholding tax, inter-company invoicing, and

transfer pricing policies.

Manage statutory reporting related to international tax and maintain documentation

required by tax authorities.

Monitor changes in tax regulations in relevant countries and ensure compliance. Transfer Pricing & Cross-Border TransactionsMaintain and implement transfer pricing policies between group entities. Review inter-company agreements, mark-ups, and cost allocations as per global tax

norms.

Support TP studies, benchmarking, and audits. Maintain the Related Party Schedule.

Education & Work Experience

Bachelor's degree in any discipline or a related field. Minimum of 12+ years of experience in a related field.

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of Indian Direct & Indirect Taxes: Income Tax, TDS/TCS, GST,

ITC rules, reconciliations, assessments, and statutory audits.

Working knowledge of international taxation (USA, UK, Germany), including corporate

tax, VAT/GST, sales tax, withholding tax, and reporting requirements.

Knowledge of transfer pricing, inter-company transactions, benchmarking, and related-

party documentation.

Skills & Abilities

Ability to prepare/review GST returns, TDS returns, income tax computations, and

coordinate global tax filings with consultants.

Strong analytical and reconciliation skills for ITC tracking, GST reconciliation, and

cross-border tax data.

Effective communication and coordination with auditors, consultants, and internal teams. Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems for tax reporting and documentation.

Attitude

Ensure timely and accurate compliance across Indian and international jurisdictions. Handle tax audits, notices, assessments, and support litigation matters. Interpret tax regulations, identify risks, and support tax planning and optimization. Maintain transfer pricing policies, inter-company agreements, and related-party

schedules.
