Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SAP FICO Consultant role based in Noida. The SAP FICO Consultant will be responsible for configuring and supporting SAP FI and CO modules, including CO-PA, to meet business requirements across finance and controlling functions. Day-to-day activities include gathering and analyzing business processes, designing solutions, preparing functional specifications, coordinating with technical teams, and participating in testing and deployment. The role involves resolving user issues, performing system enhancements, ensuring data integrity, and supporting month-end and year-end financial closing activities. The consultant will collaborate closely with finance, accounting, and operations teams to optimize processes and support Avaada’s growth in the clean energy sector.

Qualifications

Strong SAP FICO and CO-PA skills, including configuration, integration, and support for finance and controlling modules.Solid understanding of Finance and Business Process design, with experience translating requirements into scalable SAP solutions.Demonstrated Analytical Skills for process analysis, problem-solving, data validation, and performance optimization.Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations, enhancements, and support in a corporate or industrial environment.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and document solutions thoroughly.Knowledge of Indian financial regulations, taxation, and reporting standards; exposure to energy, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors is an advantage.Relevant SAP certifications and experience with S/4HANA, Fiori, or integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PS) are beneficial.
