Responsibilities
Working with sales team to generate distributor/MT/institutional leads to grow businessResearching and identifying new business opportunitiesEnsure regular interval billing from accountsFollow-ups with prospective leadsEnsure that the required MIS / Reports are sent regularlyOverlook business orders, co-ordination and dispatch of orders, invoicing, payment and ensuring post sales customer satisfactionHandling e-mail communications and B2B queries for new business developmentCalling and visiting/e-meeting prospective partner storesEnsuring client happinessMaintaining accurate records, statistics and database of all account informationEnsuring availability and visibility of products through various stores and platforms.
