As part of a strategic talent-grooming initiative, a US multinational (Nasdaq-listed tech organization) with their flagship product, Photoshop, is looking for a Sales Development Representative for the US market to nurture the next generation of inside sales leaders. This role offers hands-on exposure, structured mentorship, and a fast track into enterprise sales.

Responsibilities:

Drive outbound prospecting by targeting accounts and leads to support enterprise sales teams.

Learn and articulate technical communication and digital learning solutions to prospective customers.

Engage senior-level executives using a consultative selling approach.

Qualify opportunities and schedule high-quality meetings for the Enterprise Sales Team.

Collaborate closely with direct sales teams to continuously improve lead quality.

Follow up on marketing-generated leads, webinars, events, and trade shows.

Understand complex business environments and uncover customer pain points.

Translate customer needs into viable business opportunities.

Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in Salesforce.com .

Meet or exceed monthly qualified opportunity targets.

Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, inside sales, or customer service.

(IT product/service experience is preferred, but candidates from other industries are welcome).

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Strong learning agility with the ability to quickly understand technology solutions.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Comfortable making 20-30 completed outbound calls per day, the phone is your best ally.

Passion for building a career in technology and enterprise sales.

Willingness to work in global shifts (North America/Europe clients).

Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.

Strong discipline around lead management, tracking, and compliance.
