The Relationship Manager will build and maintain long-term relationships with customers seeking gold-backed loan products, providing guidance on product features, eligibility, and documentation. This role involves managing the end-to-end customer journey, including onboarding, loan processing coordination with partner banks, and post-disbursal support. The Relationship Manager will handle daily customer interactions, resolve queries and issues, and proactively follow up to ensure timely repayments and renewals. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant financial products, and contributing to local market growth initiatives.Qualifications Strong customer relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term engagement.Sales and negotiation skills to explain product benefits, handle objections, and close transactions ethically and effectively.Communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written communication and active listening abilities.Basic financial literacy and understanding of lending or banking products; prior experience with gold loans or fintech is an advantage.Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address customer issues promptly and professionally.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.Comfort with using digital tools, mobile apps, and CRM systems for customer management and reporting.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in financial services or customer-facing roles is highly beneficial.Willingness to work on-site in New Delhi and travel locally as required for customer meetings or partner coordination.
