RBL Premier Banker Program, a collaborative initiative between RBL Bank and NIIT IFBI, designed to create a job-ready pool of Relationship Managers for Branch Banking and Retail Liabilities business.
Role Overview:Relationship Managers will be responsible for generating revenue by sourcing new-to-bank relationships and cross- selling wealth and business banking products to individuals and business owners.

Eligibility Criteria:Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (any stream) with minimum 50%Age: 25 to 35 yearsExperience: Minimum 3 years of current sales experience in Banking with an overall experience of 4+ years
Roles and responsibility:1. Portfolio Management regularly contacting and meeting portfolio clients. Profiling the clients a various products. cross selling2. Acquiring new relationships through references and catchment mapping.3. Sourcing Family a/es to strengthen and enhance the relationship4. Cross selling various engagement products- FD, RD, SIP, Locker, debit and credit cards and Third Party products.5.Deepening of Portfolio by cross selling various revenue products like Assets, TPP and Liabilities.6.
