Join the UNIFY Finance Team and become part of Schneider Electric's strategic business transformation journey. UNIFY is leading the deployment of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud across Europe and International operations, driving standardized and future-ready finance processes. As a member of the Regional Business Process Owner (RBPO) team, you will play a key role in the transformation of Controlling processes, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and business readiness across entities while partnering with global and local stakeholders to deliver sustainable business value.

What will you do?

Lead the deployment of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Controlling processes, including business models, profit centers, and cost centers.Drive business transformation and Journey-to-Readiness activities, ensuring successful implementation and user adoption.Facilitate Fit-to-Template workshops, identify process gaps, and align local requirements with global standards.Act as the key finance deployment partner for Local and Global BPO teams, supporting training, hypercare, and stakeholder alignment.Contribute to data migration, cutover activities, and serve as the SPOC for finance and controlling deployment topics.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

Strong expertise in Controlling and Business Finance, ideally within a business-facing environment.Experience in ERP implementations and finance transformation projects, combined with a proactive and agile mindset.Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills in an international setting.Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and SAP FI/CO; SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience and fluent English are highly valued.
