Job Description

Product Manager AI/ML is a senior product management role focused on defining and managing an AI/GenAI development platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI/GenAI technologies, experience with product management in a technical environment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. They will be responsible for setting the platform's vision, managing its lifecycle, and ensuring its alignment with business objectives.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

Define and communicate the strategic vision for AI/GenAI development platforms aligned with organizational goals.

Develop a dynamic roadmap for platform evolution, prioritizing features based on emerging AI trends and team feedback.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect requirements and ensure platform capabilities meet business needs.

Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from concept through delivery, ensuring quality and timely updates.

Provide technical guidance on development best practices and support a range of AI activities from data processing to deployment.

Lead user training initiatives and create comprehensive documentation to enhance platform proficiency among internal teams.

Monitor platform performance continuously and iterate on enhancements based on user feedback and technological advancements.

Foster effective communication across teams to encourage platform adoption and drive collaborative success.

Key Skills And Experience

You have:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field

10-15 years of experience as a Product Manager or Owner, preferably in AI/ML or technology platforms

Strong understanding of GenAI technologies and development processes

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills

It would be nice if you also had:

Experience in managing AI/ML platforms or tools

Familiarity with software development and data science workflows

Leadership experience in a technical product management role

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans
