The company manages the entire real estate value chain end-to-end, from land ownership and licensing to construction, marketing, delivery, and after-sales support.Role Description The Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning activities across multiple real estate developments, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards. This full-time hybrid role is based in New Delhi, with a combination of on-site presence and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with design, construction, finance, and marketing teams, and monitoring progress against key milestones. The Planning Manager will analyze risks, recommend corrective actions, and support resource allocation to keep projects on track. The role also involves preparing reports and dashboards for senior management, supporting strategic planning initiatives, and contributing to process improvements across the project lifecycle.QualificationsStrong project planning and scheduling skills, including experience with tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar platforms.Knowledge of real estate development processes, including design coordination, construction planning, and regulatory timelines.Ability to analyze data, track milestones, and prepare clear progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.Sound understanding of risk assessment, resource management, and cost/time optimization techniques.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.Experience as a Planning Engineer/Manager or similar role in real estate, infrastructure, or construction projects is highly beneficial.
