Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Assist in monitoring day-to-day operations and maintenance activities. Support routine inspections of equipment, machinery, and operational facilities. Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and service schedules. Assist in identifying and reporting equipment issues, breakdowns, and operational concerns. Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and internal teams for maintenance and repair activities. Support preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and smooth operations. Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational and maintenance reports. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and standard operating practices. Track maintenance schedules, spare parts, and inventory requirements. Support the team in improving operational efficiency and reducing downtime.
