Roles & Responsibilities:

Completing all bookings and flight/hotel/packages operations-related work including cancellations, refunds, etcCoordination with suppliers to ensure timely revert on quotes and booking details such as vouchers, confirmations etcCoordinate with customers and vendors to ensure timely deliveryManage feedback and escalations from customers and vendors.Ensure customer delight.Demonstrate multitasking abilities
