🚨 We're Hiring | Quick Commerce Operations Executive | Archies Limited (IMMEDIATE JOINER)

We're not looking for someone who just manages numbers.

We're looking for someone who keeps our fast-growing Quick Commerce channels running seamlessly.Archies Limited, India's iconic gifting & lifestyle brand, is strengthening its Quick Commerce operations. If you have hands-on experience managing Quick Commerce backend operations, reconciliations, settlements, and inventory, we'd love to hear from you.

Location: Naraina Industrial Area, New DelhiSalary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/monthImmediate Joining | Full-Time | On-Site

What you'll own:

→ Quick Commerce reconciliation across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket & more→ Invoice processing & payment reconciliation→ Quick Commerce backend operations & order management→ Vendor settlements, claims management & credit/debit notes→ Returns & inventory reconciliation→ GST/TDS compliance & accounting support→ MIS reporting and performance tracking→ Coordination with finance, operations & logistics teams→ Identifying operational gaps and improving processes

Who we're looking for:

✔ 2–4 years of experience in Quick Commerce, retail operations, or a similar role✔ Strong understanding of Quick Commerce operations & reconciliations✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel✔ Sound understanding of GST and financial reconciliations✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills✔ Detail-oriented professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
