The role involves delivering engaging lectures, creating high-quality academic content, and guiding students preparing for NORCET, and other nursing-related competitive exams.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive and engaging lectures for Nursing Competitive Exams Design course structures, lesson plans, and innovative teaching methodologies.Create high-quality academic content: study materials, test papers, PPTs, and question banks.Clarify students’ doubts and provide individual academic guidance when required.Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, syllabus changes, and developments in the field of nursing.Collaborate with the content, video production, and product teams for quality delivery.Mentor and motivate students to achieve their academic and career goals.Qualifications & SkillsEducational Qualification:BSc Nursing or M.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory)

Experience:Prior teaching experience in reputed nursing colleges/coaching institutes preferred.Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and teaching skills may also apply.Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.Passion for teaching and mentoring students.Ability to create engaging, interactive, and student-centric learning experiences.
