As a RAN MS Specialist you should have

Good Communication skills (both verbal & written) Technology Savvy - GSM / WCDMA / LTE / 5G Architecture Hands on experience in Telecom Network Management – especially in cross-functional areas of FM / CM / PM / SW upgrade (Preferably from NOC operations) RAN Multivendor expertise (4G/5G - Nokia & Ericsson, 4G-Huawei) Hands on with EMS/NMS – Nokia NetAct / Ericsson ENM / Samsung LSM / NM / Huawei U2000/M5000 ITIL and/or CCNA Certifications

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

Be involved in daily Shift operations to handle network outage & maintain network uptime. Be responsible for trouble ticket handling and end-to-end fault troubleshooting and corrective maintenance until resolution. Responsible to meet customer/network specific performance metrics (KPI/SLA/OLA). Fault Management/Configuration Management Level 2 support in 4G/5G Remote Troubleshooting, Fault Localization and Remote Resolution. Coordinate with Internal/External Teams - Ops/Field/Customer to address & fix Network issues/outages. Implement Configuration/Optimization/Fault-fixing changes as & when required. Rehoming / Recommissioning / Hardware / software parameter changes. Extend support to others as required to troubleshoot/fix complex network issues Responsible in building Knowledge articles/ Knowledge Base Analyse occurred alarms / repeated outages and contribute towards Problem management & Continuous improvement Coordinate with OEM/Vendor team for Level 3 support during major outages/RCA discussions. Perform preventive/planned proactive maintenance activities thereby to reduce outages and improve RNA & MTTR. Strictly adhere to set procedures & processes (GDC/Customer) as applicable.

Key Skills And Experience

Must-Have:

Require bachelor's or master's degree or related field.Typically, a minimum 5 to 6 years of hands-on Field Operations SupportKnowledge of Active & Passive equipment at Cell SitesExcellent communication skills in English for effective stakeholder engagementGood Governance skills

Nice-To-Have:

Familiarity with Nokia, Huawei and Ericsson BTS & Ceragon RAN EquipmentAbility to lead team initiatives and foster collaborationExperience in troubleshooting and fault rectification in RAN NetworkComfortable presenting ideas and solutions to all organizational levels.
