Job Title: MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Reporting
Daily Dashboard Maintenance: Prepare, update, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards for the HL and LAP portfolios.
Funnel Tracking: Monitor the entire loan lifecycle from lead generation, login, sanction, and documentation to final disbursement.
Portfolio Health Monitoring: Track key credit and risk metrics including Early Stage Delinquency (ESD), Non-Performing Assets (NPA), Bounce Rates, and Collection Efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Sales & Credit Support: Provide regular productivity reports, login-to-sanction ratios, and disbursement updates to regional and national heads.
Partner Reporting: Manage data exchange and reconciliation processes with banking partners, NBFCs, and external stakeholders.
Ad-hoc Analytics: Fulfill custom data extraction and reporting requests from senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Data Integrity & Automation
Data Validation: Maintain high accuracy by regularly scrubbing and validating loan sourcing data against internal systems.
Process Automation: Streamline manual reporting workflows using SQL and Excel macros to reduce turnaround time (TAT).
Required Skills and QualificationsTechnical Expertise
Advanced MS Excel: Mastery of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas.
SQL: Proficiency in writing queries, joining tables, and extracting large datasets from relational databases.
BI Tools (Preferred): Hands-on experience with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio is a strong plus.
Experience & Domain Knowledge
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience working as an MIS Executive or Data Analyst.
Domain: Prior experience in the BFSI sector (Fintech, Banks, or NBFCs) specifically handling secured lending products (Home Loans / LAP) is highly preferred.
Understanding of Mortgages: Familiarity with mortgage terminologies like LTV (Loan to Value), FOIR, Technical & Legal verification stages, and disbursement tranches.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple data requests.
Good written and verbal communication skills to explain data trends to non-technical teams.
