Role & responsibilities:● Identify and close new kitchen locations through brokers/landlords● Conduct market surveys and negotiate commercial terms (rent, deposit, CAM, etc.)● Manage lease agreements, registrations, and site handovers● Coordinate with internal teams for timely store launches● Oversee facility management, utilities, and vendor operations● Ensure compliance (FSSAI, fire NOC, licenses, etc.) and renewals● Handle admin operations, cost control, and issue resolution● Maintain MIS, rent trackers, invoices, and payment processes

Requirements:● 5+ years in BD/Admin/Expansion (Cloud Kitchen/QSR/Retail preferred)● Strong negotiation, vendor management, and multitasking skills● Good understanding of commercial leasing and operations● Proficient in Excel and reporting
