We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Regional Learning Specialist to join our team and make a meaningful impact on learning and development across the region.In this role, you’ll work closely with regional teams, leaders, and key stakeholders to identify learning needs, shape impactful development initiatives, and deliver engaging learning experiences that empower our people to grow and succeed. Qualification-
Educational Qualification - MBA (any Stream)
Responsibilities
Drive regional learning initiatives by partnering with business leaders and teams to understand capability needs and translate them into impactful learning solutions.Design and deliver engaging learning experiences through workshops, training sessions, coaching, and other development interventions.Identify learning and capability gaps and recommend targeted programs that support business priorities and employee growth.Coordinate regional training programs end-to-end, including planning, scheduling, communication, logistics, and stakeholder engagement.Collaborate with internal and external learning partners to develop and deliver high-quality learning content and programs.Support leadership and talent development initiatives that strengthen the region’s talent pipeline and build future-ready capabilities.Track and evaluate learning effectiveness using feedback, participation, performance indicators, and other relevant measures to continuously improve programs.Promote a strong learning culture by encouraging knowledge sharing, continuous development, and adoption of available learning resources.Maintain learning data and reports to provide meaningful insights on participation, completion, impact, and regional learning priorities.Stay current with learning trends and best practices and bring innovative approaches to enhance the employee learning experience.
