Full job description

Manage day-to-day last mile delivery operations

Coordinate with delivery partners and delivery executives

Monitor delivery performance, productivity and operational targets

Handle delivery-related issues and ensure timely resolution

Coordinate with dark stores, hubs and operations teams

Monitor order allocation, pending orders and delivery status

Maintain daily operational reports and MIS

Ensure smooth coordination between store, delivery and customer support teams

Track delivery partner attendance, productivity and availability

Handle escalations related to delayed or failed deliveries

Ensure operational processes and company SOPs are followed

Compensation: 27,000.00 - 29,000.00 per month
