Faculty – ISC CommerceRole OverviewWe are looking for young, enthusiastic, and passionate Faculty Members to join our ISC Commerce segment. The role is ideal for individuals who have a strong academic background in Commerce and are passionate about teaching and mentoring students.We are open to considering freshers and candidates with little to no prior teaching experience. What matters most is your subject knowledge, communication skills, energy, and willingness to learn and grow with the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging and interactive classes for ISC Commerce students.Explain concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner.Prepare and deliver lectures, study material, questions, and practice sessions.Help students build strong conceptual understanding and exam readiness.Address student queries and provide academic guidance.Create an engaging and positive classroom/online learning environment.Continuously improve teaching methods based on student feedback and learning outcomes.Stay updated with the ISC curriculum, syllabus, and examination patterns.
