Job- Role Details:

Position: IT Systems, Networks & IT Infrastructure ManagerExperience required: 4 to 8 yearsJob-location: Noida

Looking for a bright, hands-on and technologically curious Manager to take end-to-end ownership of the function. This is not a conventional IT-support-only role and is not intended to build a large internal IT department. The Manager will own the technology environment and outcomes, perform work internally where sensible, and identify, coordinate and challenge specialist vendors where required. A key objective is to move the organization from fragmented and reactive technology usage toward controlled, secure and increasingly technology-enabled operations.Key Responsibilities1. IT Governance, Gap Analysis & Group Control• Conduct a complete group-wide IT and digital gap analysis covering infrastructure, systems, data, devices, access, cybersecurity, vendors, subscriptions, costs and technology practices.• Develop, implement and periodically update an organisation-wide IT policy covering devices, acceptable use, access and passwords/MFA, company data, personal devices, cloud/storage, software procurement, AI usage, remote working, mobile/SIMs, vendor access, incident reporting, retention, backup and business continuity.• Maintain central registers for users, devices, mobiles/SIMs, domains, administrator accounts, software, licences, subscriptions, vendors, renewals and material technology contracts.• Ensure critical digital assets—including company domains, email environments, cloud accounts, websites, hosting and core systems—remain under documented company ownership and control, with secure administrative access and recovery arrangements.• Establish clear joiner, mover and leaver controls jointly with HR, including equipment issuance, access provisioning, data migration/retention, access revocation and recovery of company devices/SIMs.2. Infrastructure, Cybersecurity & Business Continuity• Own and coordinate the group’s day-to-day IT environment, including laptops/desktops, email, Microsoft 365, networks, connectivity, printers, endpoint protection, cloud/server environments, backups and user access.• Establish minimum cybersecurity standards, access controls, MFA, endpoint security, backup and recovery procedures, periodic access reviews and appropriate employee awareness.• Identify material vulnerabilities and engage specialist cybersecurity, cloud, networking or infrastructure providers where deeper expertise is required.• Maintain practical disaster-recovery and business-continuity arrangements for critical systems and data, and periodically verify that backups and recovery processes work.3. Business Systems & CTRM• Act as the internal technology/project owner for the CTRM implementation, coordinating iBridge, implementation consultants, infrastructure providers and internal users through requirements, configuration, data migration, testing, training, go-live and issue resolution.• Own the technology coordination and administration framework for other business systems including accounting/Tally, HRMS, Microsoft/SharePoint, reporting/BI tools, websites and future systems.• Promote integration and common data flows between systems where practical, reducing duplicate entry, disconnected spreadsheets and fragmented information.• Ensure system access, permissions, master data, change requests, documentation and vendor responsibilities are clearly controlled.4. Data, Knowledge Management & Information Control• Establish clear standards for where company information must be stored, who can access it, how it is backed up and how business information is retained when employees change roles or leave.• Work with Commercial, Sourcing, Logistics and other functions to institutionalize customer, supplier, market, meeting and operational information rather than allowing important knowledge to remain only in individual inboxes, devices or personal files.• Improve document organization, shared folders, permissions, searchability, retention and structured data capture across the group.• Support development of reliable management information and dashboards by improving data quality, availability and consistency.5. Digital Transformation, AI, Automation & Analytics• Continuously research emerging technologies, AI applications, SaaS products, automation tools and digital-transformation solutions relevant to physical commodity trading and the company’s support functions.• Proactively identify manual, repetitive or information-heavy processes across Commercial, Sourcing, Logistics, Finance, Risk, Accounting, HR and Administration that can be simplified, digitized or automated.• Evaluate and implement practical uses of AI, workflow automation, document intelligence, low-code/no-code tools, APIs/integrations, data analytics and BI/reporting where there is a clear business case.• Translate business problems into technology requirements and practical projects; measure adoption and business benefit rather than implementing technology for its own sake.• Help the company use technology to collect, structure, analyze and distribute information faster, improving decision-making and allowing business complexity to grow without equivalent growth in administrative headcount.6. IT Spend, Procurement & Vendor Management• Create and maintain a consolidated view of total IT spend across group entities, including infrastructure, devices, software, subscriptions, licenses, cloud services, consultants, websites and project costs.• Maintain a software and subscription register showing users, purpose, cost, billing entity, renewal, administrator and utilization; identify duplicate, unused or under utilized services and opportunities to consolidate.• Evaluate where technology and services can be legitimately procured most efficiently across group locations, considering service quality, currency, tax/VAT/GST treatment, support requirements and total economic cost, in coordination with Finance and advisers where relevant.• Own and manage relationships with external IT and technology vendors; define scope, compare proposals, monitor service/cost, challenge recommendations and ensure projects are completed and knowledge/control remains with the company.• Internalize routine work where this is more efficient while retaining specialist external support where the required expertise or economics justify it.7. Website, Digital Assets & User Support• Coordinate development and maintenance of company websites and related digital assets through appropriate developers/vendors, ensuring company ownership of domains, hosting, credentials, source materials and analytics.• Provide or coordinate responsive user support and troubleshooting, while developing repeatable processes and documentation so routine issues do not remain dependent on individuals.• Support employees in effective use of approved technology and improve adoption of tools the company already pays for.Candidate Profile• Approximately 4–7 years of relevant experience in IT, business systems, digital transformation, technology project management or a comparable hands-on role; exceptional younger candidates may also be considered.• Strong practical understanding of Microsoft 365, identity/access, endpoints, cloud/storage, networks, backups and cybersecurity fundamentals.• Experience implementing or supporting ERP/CTRM/business systems and coordinating users, vendors, data migration, testing and go-live is highly desirable.• Comfort with data/BI, APIs/integrations, workflow automation, low-code/no-code tools and current AI/productivity technologies.• Commercial and cost-conscious mindset: able to distinguish valuable technology from unnecessary software and build simple business cases for investments.• High curiosity and self-learning orientation; actively follows new technology and can explain how emerging tools may solve real business problems.• Strong vendor/project management, documentation, follow-up and problem-solving skills; comfortable working across multiple countries, currencies and time zones.• High integrity and discretion, particularly regarding company data, administrator credentials, employee information and access rights.• Hands-on attitude: willing to clean registers, configure systems, chase missing information and solve practical problems—not only design strategy.

• Complete a group-wide IT and digital gap analysis and establish a reliable current-state map • Establish visibility and control over critical domains, administrator accounts, systems, users, devices, SIMs, data locations, vendors, subscriptions and total recurring/project IT spend.• Identify and close urgent ownership, access, cybersecurity, backup and employee-exit risks; introduce core IT policies and joiner/leaver controls with HR.• Take internal technology coordination ownership of CTRM implementation and establish clear accountability between users, consultants and vendors.• Present a prioritized 12–24 month Technology Roadmap covering control/security, cost optimisation, systems, data, automation, AI and digital-transformation opportunities, with estimated cost, business benefit, owner and implementation approach.Your other role:• The CEO can obtain a reliable view of group IT assets, systems, access, vendors and total technology spend details from you without reconstructing it from multiple people.• Critical digital assets and company data remain under company control, and employee onboarding/offboarding no longer creates avoidable device, access or data-loss risks.• CTRM and other core systems are implemented and adopted effectively, with clear internal ownership rather than dependence on individual consultants.• Existing software and subscriptions are better utilized, unnecessary costs are removed and new technology purchases are justified by measurable business value.• Useful AI, automation, analytics and digital tools are continuously identified and converted into practical improvements across the business.• Technology progressively improves information capture, analysis, control and employee productivity
