The Role
This is a role for someone who loves numbers, builds beautiful dashboards, and finds the story hidden inside messy data. As a Business Analyst at Ripik.AI, you'll be the analytical engine behind our leadership team — turning raw data from sales, product, operations, and customer deployments into dashboards, reports, and analyses that shape how we run the business.
Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & OperationsOwn day-to-day IT infrastructure and operations across the organization.Manage laptops/desktops, networking, Wi-Fi, printers, VPNs, servers, cloud infrastructure, and other IT assets.Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems.Manage IT setup for new employees, office expansions, relocations, and exits.Establish and maintain IT SOPs, documentation, and operational processes. User Support & IT Service ManagementLead IT helpdesk and provide timely resolution of employee IT issues.Establish ticketing, escalation, and service-level processes.Monitor recurring IT issues and implement permanent solutions.Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT perspective.Drive a high-quality employee IT experience. IT Security & ComplianceImplement and maintain IT security policies, controls, and best practices.Manage endpoint security, antivirus/EDR, access controls, MFA, password policies, and device security.Ensure appropriate access provisioning and timely access revocation for employees and contractors.Support security audits, compliance requirements, and information-security initiatives.Monitor and respond to potential security incidents in coordination with relevant teams.Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve data and system security. SaaS & Application AdministrationManage administration of core SaaS applications and IT platforms.Own user provisioning, licenses, access rights, renewals, and utilization.Maintain an accurate inventory of software licenses and subscriptions.Identify opportunities to optimize SaaS costs and eliminate unused licenses.Coordinate with HR, Finance, Engineering, and other teams for application requirements and integrations. IT Asset ManagementMaintain complete lifecycle management of IT assets including laptops, desktops, accessories, networking equipment, and other devices.Maintain accurate asset records and ownership details.Manage procurement, allocation, repair, replacement, recovery, and disposal of IT assets.Define and implement appropriate asset standards and replacement policies. Vendor & Budget ManagementManage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners.Evaluate vendors, negotiate commercial terms, and monitor service quality. Business Continuity & IT GovernanceDevelop and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes for critical IT systems.Conduct periodic access reviews, security checks, and infrastructure audits.Ensure appropriate documentation and controls for critical IT processes.Identify IT risks and proactively implement mitigation measures.
Required Skills & Experience
4–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, system administration, or IT management.Strong hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, networking, endpoint management, and IT troubleshooting.Experience managing Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace and other SaaS applications.Good understanding of identity and access management, MFA, endpoint security, VPN, firewalls, and network security.Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and IT controls.Experience with IT helpdesk/ticketing systems and SLA management.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP.Knowledge of SAML/SSO, Active Directory/Azure AD/Entra ID, and identity management.Exposure to ISO 27001 / SOC 2 or similar security and compliance frameworks.
