Key Responsibilities

IP Extraction: Regularly interact with various R&D departments to identify and extract patentable ideas, designs, and innovations.

Filing & Prosecution: Draft, file, and follow up on IP applications (Patents, Trademarks, Designs) with the Dwarka IP Office.

Protection Strategy: Monitor and manage the company’s IP portfolio to ensure long-term protection of assets.

R&D Integration: Provide guidance to engineers and creators on IP best practices, freedom-to-operate, and documenting "Employee Innovations".

Compliance: Ensure all filings align with company policies and legal frameworks, managing "Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements" across teams.
