Role OverviewWe are looking for an Insurance & Credentialing Executive with hands-on experience in US healthcare provider enrollment and credentialing. The role will own end-to-end enrollment activities, payer follow-ups, documentation, and provider credentialing.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end provider enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.Complete and submit credentialing/enrollment applications and required documentation.Work on CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and payer portals.Track enrollment status, follow up with payers, and resolve pending issues.Maintain accurate provider credentialing and enrollment records.Coordinate with providers, payers, Billing, and RCM teams.Ensure compliance with payer-specific and regulatory requirements.Share regular updates on enrollment and credentialing status.
Requirements1+ year of US healthcare provider credentialing/enrollment experience.Strong hands-on experience with CAQH, PECOS/NPPES, and payer portals.Good understanding of US payer enrollment workflows and timelines.Excellent attention to detail, follow-up, and organizational skills.Good written and spoken English.Comfortable with MS Excel/Word and provider trackers.Experience with Epic, AdvancedMD, athenahealth, Modio, MD-Staff, or Verity is a plus.Bachelor’s degree is mandatory and must be completed.Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
