Job Summary:

As an Inside Sales Specialist at Airpay Payment Services Pvt. Ltd, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue within the fintech industry. Your main duties include cold calling, qualifying leads, onboarding clients, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and ensuring customer satisfaction, particularly focusing on the D2C space and platforms like Shopify, Wix, and WooCommerce for merchant acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.

Qualifying and disqualifying inbound leads received through various platforms in a highvolume environment using calls.

Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.

Ensuring a seamless onboarding of the merchant on the platform.

Making sure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM or other sales management system on regular basis.

Build stickiness with the Client by managing more of the Clients transaction processes and continuously propose solutions that meet their objectives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or similar field required.

Skills and Experience:

Experience in selling services as well as market research products.

Aggressive & Passionate. Takes ownership of tasks and drives it to completion.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written.
