Responsibilities-Campaign Strategy: Plan influencer campaigns that align with brand goals and product launches.-Data Scouting: Find, evaluate, and reach out to relevant creators across Instagram, YouTube, etc.-Influencer Management: Negotiate, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with influencers.-Campaign Coordination: Share briefs, manage timelines, track deliverables, and handle approvals.-Content Collaboration: Work with influencers to create authentic content and repurpose it for ads, social, and e-commerce.-Performance Tracking: Monitor reach, engagement, conversions, and share clear insights.-Trend Research: Stay updated on creator trends, competitor moves, and new platforms.

Requirements1+ years of experience in influencer marketingProven experience handling end-to-end campaign executionExposure to working with international/US-based creators is a plus
