Job Requirements

Own end-to-end interview coordination and ensure a seamless candidate experience.Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.Schedule interviews, manage interview logistics, and coordinate with hiring managers.Conduct initial candidate interactions and follow-ups.Manage job postings across various job portals and social media platforms.Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth joining experience.Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture-building activities.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of hiring and HR processes.Drive operational excellence by identifying process gaps and improving efficiency.Handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment.
