Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Manager, HRBP to join our Human Resources team in Noida, India. In this role, you will serve as a strategic business partner to our organization, providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to business units. You will be instrumental in driving HR initiatives, supporting employee relations, and ensuring organizational compliance with HR policies and practices. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organizational culture and employee experience while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Partner with business unit leaders to understand organizational needs and develop tailored HR strategies and solutionsProvide expert HR consultation to managers on employee relations matters, performance management, and policy interpretationSupport the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding processesFacilitate conflict resolution and handle sensitive employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentialityConduct performance review cycles and provide guidance to managers on effective feedback and development conversationsEnsure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable labor lawsAnalyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend process improvementsSupport talent management initiatives, including succession planning and career development programsMaintain accurate HR documentation and records while ensuring data confidentialityParticipate in HR projects and change management initiatives to support organizational objectivesConduct training sessions and workshops on HR policies, compliance, and best practices
Qualifications
**Required Qualifications:**
3-5 years of professional experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or similar business partnering roleStrong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and talent management principlesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levelsProficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applicationsStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProblem-solving ability and sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive mattersDemonstrated understanding of Indian labor laws and employment regulations
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Experience working in a multi-site or matrix organizational structureProficiency in HR analytics and data analysisExperience facilitating training programs and workshopsKnowledge of change management principles and practicesCertification in HR (such as SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent)Experience with employee engagement and organizational development initiatives
