HR Intern - Talent AcquisitionLocation: NoidaDuration: 3 Months (Onsite)Stipend: 15,000/monthPPO: Based on performance
Role Overview :We're looking for driven HR Interns to support our Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end hiring activities.You'll work closely with recruiters to source, screen, and coordinate interviews while gaining real corporate experience.
Key Responsibilities :• Source and screen candidates through job portals & social platforms• Conduct initial HR screening & schedule interviews• Maintain candidate data and update trackers/ATS• Coordinate with hiring managers for feedback• Support offer rollout and onboardingdocumentation
Who Can Apply :• Students or recent graduates (BBA / B.Com / BA /MBA HR preferred)• Strong communication & interpersonal skills• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment• Immediate joiners preferred
