About the job:Key responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring quality and timely hiring.
2. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
3. Prepare HR reports and presentations using MS Excel, analyzing data and providing key insights for strategic decision-making.
4. Conduct orientation programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
5. Coordinate employee engagement activities, fostering a positive work culture and strengthening team dynamics.
6. Provide support in performance management, conducting appraisals, and facilitating training and development programs.
