Masters in Social Work /Public Relations OR Masters in Business Administration with 15 years of extensive experience on CSR/Sustainability function with global organizations .

Key Responsibilities
CSR and Affirmative Action Plan (AA) Strategy Develop an integrated CSR and Affirmative Action Plan- strategy approach, decision-making and implementation structure. Prepare, review and implement annual, mid and long term CSR and AA plans, identify and sett measurable targets. Design and conduct CSR /AA awareness programmes / interventions internal and external. 2) Implementation and Performance Review Drive the execution of CSR activities including employee volunteer programs. Manage the CSR reporting process to review performance with the Senior Leadership. 3) Special CSR Projects Initiate and coordinate special CSR projects in coordination with other functions including in areas such as investment strategy, philanthropy, public policy advocacy, and wellness. 4) Industry Benchmarking Benchmark industry best practices on CSR/AA. Analyse the developments in CSR both within and outside the organization and suitably evolve the strategies to create internal and external communication plans on CSR in coordination with the Corporate Communication team. 5) Team Development Regularly review team structure and assess talent requirements; participate in the recruitment and selection process; conduct goal setting and performance review for the team; drive team development, engagement and reward initiatives; coach and mentor team members as required and ensure resolution of any people issues.
