This role offers end-to-end exposure to business strategy,execution, and performance management, and is ideal for candidates with strong analytical thinkingand exceptional academic credentials.Key Responsibilities• Work directly with the Founder to develop and execute business strategies and growth initiatives.• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of strategic projects.• Handle internal and external communication on behalf of the Founder, ensuring clarity andalignment.• Track key business metrics, prepare performance dashboards, and support decision-makingthrough data analysis.• Drive performance management processes, including goal tracking and progress reviews.• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare reports and presentations forleadership.• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.Required Skills & Qualifications• Academic Excellence: Consistent 90%+ academic record across X, XII, and graduation.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).• High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.Preferred Profile• Background in consulting, strategy, operations, or analytics.• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
