CTC: ₹3 to ₹4 LPA (plus attractive incentives)

Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Field SalesOfficers. The role involves direct interaction with potential customers, generating leads, anddriving sales through face-to-face engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Approaching potential customers to promote and sell insurance products. Conducting meetings and presentations to explain product offerings. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth. Providing post-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Keeping records of sales activities and market feedback.
Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fresher’s can also apply Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude. Willingness to travel locally and meet clients in person. Must have Driving Licence and a two-wheeler.
