About this opportunity:
We are now looking for a L1.5 Level Operations professional. This job role is responsible for monitoring, coordination, support, management, and execution of reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

Willing to work in the shifts in 24*7 ModelResolving the customer and user technical issuesTroubleshooting to find the root cause of the errorMaintaining the 100% SLA targetsSLA report preparationInter and Intra Team coordination and cooperation in resolving issues
The skills you bring:
3+ years of experience in Billing Systems (CSGI-interconnect Billing)3-4 years of experience in Telecom OperationsGood knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL and UNIXGood understanding of the Telecom domainStrong troubleshooting skills across application, network, and host layersAbility to understand PL-SQL proceduresExperience in scripting (Perl, Shell, Python, etc.)Willingness to work in a 24×7 shift modelTelecom operational support background
