Location: Delhi NCRExperience: 3–6 YearsEducation: BE/B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering

Execute battery pack and system validation including pre-charge, OBC, fast charging, DCIR, HPPC, balancing and isolation testing.Perform BMS hardware and functional validation covering CAN, voltage/current accuracy, balancing, open-wire and protection functions.Conduct vehicle-level battery & BMS testing across 3W/4W platforms, including charging, discharging, EMC/EMI, isolation and fault testing.Validate third-party BMS and battery components against technical requirements, performance and safety benchmarks.Conduct advanced reliability testing using battery/cell cyclers, environmental chambers, vibration systems, UTM and other test equipment.Collaborate with Battery Design, BMS, Thermal, Powertrain and Manufacturing teams for DVP, root-cause analysis, test reports and corrective actions.
