Role: Employer Branding - AM
• Content strategy & calendar◦ Own the monthly employer-brand content calendar across Instagram (reels, carousels, stories) and LinkedIn (company page and any dedicated Life/careers page)◦ Own other platforms like Glassdoor, Ambitionbox etc◦ Plan a content mix spanning employee spotlights, day-in-the-life features, culture and festive moments, leadership visibility, DEI stories, CSR/Foundation initiatives, campus hiring etc◦ Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and social-sourced applications/traffic to the careers page; report monthly against employer-brand KPIs.• Content creation & production◦ Storyboard the reels and posts, coordinate shoots with store, warehouse, and corporate teams, and brief internal design/video resources or external agencies.◦ Write captions and copy that stay consistent with Lenskart's brand voice and tone across platforms.• Employee advocacy◦ Identify and feature employees as brand storytellers — store staff, optometrists, warehouse and supply chain teams, corporate functions, and leadership.◦ Run recurring testimonial and user-generated-content formats that build a bank of authentic voices.• Cross-functional coordination◦ Align messaging with Marketing/Brand and Corporate Communications so employer-brand content is inline with the consumer facing campaigns◦ Work with circle/city business leaders to source real stories and approvals from the field.• Employer brand & reputation◦ Contribute to articulating and evolving Lenskart's Employee Value Proposition (EVP)◦ Support Great Place to Work and similar award submissions
What We're Looking For• 3–5 years of experience in employer branding — D2C or consumer-facing brand experience preferred.• A sharp eye for what performs on Instagram Reels and LinkedIn specifically for talent audiences, not just consumer marketing.• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills; comfortable turning a shop-floor or warehouse moment into a compelling 30-second reel.• Experience coordinating video shoots and working with editors/agencies; basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) are a plus.• Comfortable operating cross-functionally across HR, TA, Marketing, and business leadership without needing heavy hand-holding.• Data-driven — able to read social analytics and connect content performance to hiring outcomes.
