Responsibilities:

Lead and manage engineering teams across backend and frontend development.

Own delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.

Collaborate closely with U. S. -based stakeholders, clients, and teams for project alignment and delivery excellence.

Drive end-to-end delivery management, including planning, execution, quality, and release.

Build and scale high-performing engineering teams and mentor senior engineers and architects.

Ensure adherence to best practices in Agile development, DevOps, and software engineering processes.

Contribute to strategic technical decisions, architecture design, and roadmap planning.

Requirements:

Proven experience leading full-stack engineering teams (backend + frontend).

Strong delivery management skills with a track record of handling complex, multi-region projects.

Prior experience working with U. S. clients or teams is highly desirable.

Solid understanding of modern tech stacks (e. g., Java/. NET, React/Angular, cloud platforms like AWS/GCP).

Background in the insurance domain or Insurtech is a strong plus.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

U. S. work experience or direct engagement with U. S. -based delivery projects.

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
