Deputy Manager – Technical Trainer (STC)
Location: Delhi

Key Responsibilities:
Conducting various technical programs as faculty for our customers as well as internal employeesExpanding customer base, maintaining relationship with existing customer, understanding training requirement from customer and offering training solution accordinglyExplain product USPs, explaining & demonstrating various solution to visiting customers and offer technical support to customer facing teamUnderstand customer requirement & offer technical guide to customers and helping our organization in creating/enhancing technical image of our brandDesign and development of new training module as per customer's need, product management team's need, current technology trend in industry etc.Improvising existing training programs as per new products and technology upgradationDesign and development of innovative test setup, demonstration setup for demonstrating product USPs & hands-on training sessionsIncrease brand reach and maintain/improve relation with existing customer through training events.To carry out necessary administration work, vendor co-ordination, SAP related activities (PR, PO, SE, GRN, Vendor payments etc.) for improving & maintaining complete training centre infrastructure.
B.E – Electrical / EEE with 2 to 5 years of experience in Switchgear industry
