IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Voice of Customer (VOC) team in Sector 135, Noida.

📌 Position: Executive – Voice of Customer (VOC)

📍 Location: Sector 135, Noida🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office💰 Salary: ₹25,000 per month📅 Working Days: 6 days a week🎓 Eligibility: Graduate in any stream

🔹 Key Responsibilities

* Handle outbound calls from buyers and sellers professionally* Resolve customer queries, grievances and account-related concerns* Assist buyers in connecting with relevant suppliers* Help sellers understand lead requirements* Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in CRM* Ensure adherence to defined SLA/TAT standards* Deliver a positive and seamless customer experience

🔹 What We’re Looking For

✅ Excellent verbal communication skills in English & basic Hindi✅ Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities✅ Calm and professional approach while dealing with challenging situations✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office✅ Comfortable working with web-based CRM tools✅ Customer-first attitude with a willingness to learn
