We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Course Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. As a Course Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of our educational courses. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential students, understand their educational needs, and guide them in selecting the right courses to achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
● Engage with potential students through various channels (phone, email, chat) to promote our educational courses. ● Conduct detailed needs analysis to understand the educational requirements and career aspirations of prospective students. ● Provide comprehensive course consultations, offering tailored solutions to meet the needs of each student. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, ensuring a positive and personalized experience. ● Follow up with potential students to provide additional information, answer questions, and address any concerns they may have. ● Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. ● Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams regarding market trends, student needs, and course improvements. . Qualifications:
● Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical field, preferably in Computer Science Engineering (CSE). ● Proven 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or e-learning industry. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Strong consultative sales skills with a customer-centric approach. ● Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools. ● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential students. ● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
