About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Executive to support our healthcare compliance and regulatory functions. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to build expertise in healthcare quality assurance, documentation standards, and regulatory compliance within a fast-growing cancer care organization.
Key Responsibilities
Policy Support: Assist in updating, distributing, and maintaining hospital compliance manuals, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Auditing: Conduct routine internal audits of patient records and clinical documentation to identify discrepancies and ensure adherence to standardsData Tracking: Maintain accurate logs of compliance and licensing activities, including timely submission of PSU/CE-related files for centersTravelling: Should be comfortable traveling and relocating between centres and Head Office as required by business needs
