Role SummaryWe are looking for a passionate CAE Analyst to join our Product Reliability & Simulation team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply advanced CAE techniques to improve product durability, reliability, and performance through virtual validation.The candidate will work closely with Product Design, Packaging, Testing, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to develop simulation-led solutions for impact, drop, shock, vibration, and structural performance challenges, enabling faster and more robust product development.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and validate CAE models for product and packaging reliability assessments.Perform Impact, Drop, Shock, and Vibration simulations using advanced CAE tools.Correlate simulation results with physical testing and validation data.Support product optimization through simulation-driven design improvements.Contribute to New Product Development (NPD), reliability enhancement, and cost optimization initiatives.Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.Prepare technical reports and engineering recommendations based on simulation findings.

Desired Candidate ProfileExperience1 to 4 years of experience in CAE, Product Reliability, Structural Analysis, or Simulation Engineering.Experience in Home Appliances, Consumer Durables, Automotive, Industrial Products, or related industries preferred.EducationM.E./M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Design/CAE/Applied Mechanics)Candidates from reputed engineering institutes preferred.
