Business Systems Analyst, Anaplan

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our IT Applications planning team. In this role, you will work in close partnership with Business and IT teams to design, develop, implement, and support the Anaplan planning platform and its capabilities, enabling enterprise-wide planning and collaboration.

You will be working directly with IT and business colleagues to decide on what needs to be built, timelines for work, and prioritizing efforts.

What You Will Be Doing

Design and deliver robust, implementable Anaplan solutionsContribute to projects that implement new functionality and enhance existing Anaplan solutionsBuild prototypes and proofs of concept for business requirements and translate them into effective operational solutionsWork directly with business users to gather comprehensive user stories and design and build solutionsPromote alignment with Anaplan model-building and application lifecycle management standardsCollaborate with technical teams to implement and automate inbound and outbound data interfacesManage assigned project work and support successful implementation, business adoption, and ongoing value realization

What We Need To See

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related subject areaAnaplan Model Builder Level 3 certification required; Certified Master Anaplanner (CMA) and/or Certified Anaplan Solution Architect Professional credentials preferredRelevant hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise performance management or demand planning solutionsDemonstrated experience applying The Anaplan Way throughout the complete project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, model development, testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, documentation, and project closureDemonstrable experience in translating complex business requirements into scalable, enterprise-level Anaplan solutions; Supply Chain planning experience is preferredDeep understanding of Anaplan model architecture, formulas, and business logic, with strong knowledge of model-to-model integrations and Connected PlanningExperience of 5 or more years in a role supporting planning, building solutions, or consultingHands-on experience with Anaplan Data Orchestrator (ADO), Workflow, CoModeler and OptimizerSelf-motivated, collaborative, and committed to continuous skill development and learningGood interpersonal skills and effective communicationSemiconductor or high-tech industry demand and supply chain planning knowledge preferredKnowledge of SAP IBP, SAP BW, or other planning tools is a plus
