Role Description The Business Development Intern will support growth initiatives by identifying prospective clients, assisting in lead generation, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and tracking tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, preparing presentations, and contributing to outreach campaigns targeting employers, insurers, and healthcare partners. The intern will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to follow up on leads, support client communication, and help improve business development processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, requiring active participation in meetings, team discussions, and occasional client interactions.

Qualifications
