What we are looking for: Roles & Responsibilities:Build and own daily, weekly and monthly reports and dashboards that business and product teams use to make decisionsWrite advanced SQL (joins, aggregations, window functions) against production databases to answer business questions end to endBuild funnels, cohorts and retention analyses in event-analytics tools (Amplitude, CleverTap, GA) to track activation, engagement and drop-offUse AI tools (LLMs, coding assistants) to speed up analysis,automation and reporting: AI-first on repetitive workRun regular data health checks and maintain data quality across sourcesDecompose open-ended business problems into metric trees,diagnose root causes, and recommend quantified interventionsPartner with business and product functions to turn analysis into growth actions and measure the impact

Check if you fit in the role-You Must-Have 2+ years in Business Analysis, Data Analysis or a similar role, and be able to break business problems into clear metricsBe proficient in SQL (joins, aggregations, window functions) and skilled at building dashboards and reportsHave built funnels or cohorts, and be comfortable using AI tools day to day (drafting SQL, automating analysis)

You Can-Work with BI tools (Looker/Data Studio/Tableau)Use LLM APIs for basic automation, e.g. an LLM call inside a script or SheetsIndependently handle data health checks across sources
