Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Backend SDE-3 to build and scale mission-critical backend services powering our B2C platform. You will be responsible for designing highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable distributed systems while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams.This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex system design challenges, optimizing performance at scale, and taking end-to-end ownership of backend services.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices.Build high-performance APIs and distributed systems capable of handling millions of requests.Architect reliable, secure, and fault-tolerant systems with high availability.Optimize application performance, database queries, and system reliability.Work with event-driven architectures using messaging systems like Kafka.Design efficient caching strategies using Redis.Collaborate with Product Managers, Frontend Engineers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features.Drive engineering best practices, code reviews, mentoring, and technical discussions.Participate in architecture decisions and contribute to long-term platform scalability.
