Job Description - Associate - Return

You should apply if you have:

1–3 years of experience in return management, RTO management, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain.

Experience handling end-to-end return processes in an e-commerce, retail, or similar environment.

Good understanding of return policies, inventory management, and quality checks.

Working knowledge of Excel and data analysis.

Familiarity with warehouse/return management software such as Vinculum or Unicommerce (Uniware) will be an added advantage.

Good problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.

Graduate, Post Graduate, or Undergraduate candidates can apply.

You should not apply if you:

Do not have an interest in warehouse/return operations.

Are not comfortable working from the office at our Vishwakarma Colony, Prahladpur location.

Are looking for a role that does not involve coordination with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams.

Are not comfortable working with operational data and reports.

What will you do?

Return Management & Operations

Manage the end-to-end return process, including product inspection, restocking, and disposal.

Ensure adherence to company return policies and applicable regulations.

Analyse return trends and identify root causes to suggest process improvements.

Implement measures to identify and minimise fraudulent returns and operational losses.

Customer Support & Warehouse Coordination

Coordinate customer return shipments, refunds, and exchanges.

Work closely with the Warehouse and Logistics teams to process defective and returned products.

Coordinate with the Customer Support team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of return-related queries.

Inventory & Quality Control

Conduct quality checks on returned products to determine their usability and next action.

Maintain accurate inventory records for returned products.

Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics teams for product reallocation, restocking, or disposal.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Prepare reports on return rates, product defects, refund trends, and other relevant operational metrics.

Analyse return data and share insights to identify recurring issues and improve processes.

Recommend changes to return processes or policies based on data and trends.

Work Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in return management, RTO management, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain.

Working days: Monday–Friday
