Job Description - Associate - Marketplace and Qcom

Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.Monitor and process orders within defined SLA/TAT.Manage marketplace POs, including PO validation, inventory checks, pricing, appointments, and dispatch coordination.Monitor SOH/DOH and coordinate with inventory/warehouse teams to avoid OOS and excess inventory.Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch and delivery.Manage returns, RTOs, RTVs, claims, and marketplace discrepancies.Identify and follow up on payment deductions, debit notes, pricing discrepancies, and revenue leakages.Ensure accurate product pricing, inventory, catalog information, and marketplace data.Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and track marketplace performance.Coordinate with marketplace teams, finance, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve operational issues.
