Full job description
Act as a key liaison for stakeholders ensuring effective relationship management and governance. Collaborate with team to prepare and update reports, performance dashboards, and monthly leadership snapshots. Prepare and analyze reports and key metrics related to financials, workforce, capacity, and operational performance. Ensure data accuracy, consistency and alignment across multiple reporting platforms through stakeholder coordination.Equipped with the relevant compliance experience required in Third Party Data Protection Control, Gift & Entertainment – Approval & Reporting, KYC documentation for Customer Risk, Data Analysis and Sanctions Screening.Develop a strong governance monitoring and reporting framework for process level readiness on a periodical basis. Maintain the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program including regular reviews, updates to documentation and related procedures for respective process.Strong communication and presentation skills; Ability to articulate and influence stakeholder / customers is a critical requirementAbility to meet aggressive deadlines
