Role Description The Assistant Manager Health Safety Environment (HSE) will oversee and implement HSE policies and procedures at Moglix’s on-site operations in Noida. This full-time role involves conducting regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and applicable regulations. The position includes investigating incidents and near-misses, recommending corrective and preventive actions, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The Assistant Manager HSE will coordinate safety training and awareness programs, support emergency preparedness initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a strong safety culture. The role also requires ongoing monitoring of occupational health conditions and environmental practices to support continuous improvement in HSE performance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Health & Safety and Occupational Health skills, with practical experience in implementing workplace safety programs.Candidates should possess Environment Health and Safety (EHS) expertise, including knowledge of relevant local regulations, standards, and environmental best practices.Candidates should possess Accident Investigation and Inspection skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analyses and recommend corrective actions.Relevant experience in industrial, manufacturing, or logistics environments is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.Professional certifications in HSE/EHS (such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) are an advantage.Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills, with the ability to train and influence diverse teams.Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple HSE initiatives simultaneously.
